What a complete and utter waste of 4 hours in the early morning and feeling knackered today!!!

I just rang them and they said ALL OF THE ITEMS IN MY BASKET ARE OOS but they were showing as all in stock when I checked out!!

I was HOPING to at least get SOME of the items but they have changed their system and whoever checks out first ( manages to anyway ) gets the items so having them in your basket & showing as in stock means nothing

I prefer the OLD system where if they were in your basket they were yours

No Lloyds anywhere near me either!!

All that excitement and lack of sleep for nothing , bah humbug now to their online sale!!!!!

well i went to my local store - nice and quiety and lots of goodies - im not after all the make up - fragrances etc etc got plenty of goodies THAT I WILL USE lol - 3 x 12 packs of kleenex tissues ones with balm - 50p a pack! - 3 packs of cleansing wipes - great as they are big ones - £1.00
dove gift set - nivea 4 men gift set and an old spice gift set - £2.00 for the 3 - 3 dove roll on deodorants £1.00 - 3 dove spray deodorants £1.25 - 3 mens nivea deodorants spay - 25p for 3!!! - 3 xdove anti age moisturiser - £1.25 - vaseline soothing cream of some sort x3 £1.00/ beechams pouches - 3 x boxes for a £1.12 were £5.19 each b4 sale!! -and other random stuff - decent razors n refills - shaving gel - christmas gift tags 5p a pack so 3 packs for 5p! loads of stuff in my local store and more being put out as i had made room for more the sa said lol - have a dentist appointment later - opposite the shop so will be nosing again - could do with shampoo etc - very happy as i have loads of stuff for about a tenner!

I've had enough of the Lloyds website this morning. Been trying for hours and the site just shuts down on me. No store near me either. I'm really disappointed - surely they must have realised that traffic to the site would significantly increase today?!

Lloyds Pharmacy big sale has turned out to be a total joke.....
a) You cannot log on to gthe website, it says to improve customer service they are restricting the number allowed to sign in.
b) When you do get to sign in the system hangs forever and ever.
c) when you do get to the product you want it tells you the product cannot be bought at this time, please try later and when hyou try later it tells you exactly theame thin gs, so were some of these items ever for sale??
d)So, you visit the local Lloyds Pharmacy shop and the item you want - Accu-chek aviva blood sugar mionitor is on sale at the full price, so you say, this is only £7.50 in your sale and they check the price and say no, is £15.99, the special offer must be only online and we don't know about it.
e) you gthen vist the 3 for one display and it is toally and utterlu empty, they have no stock to fill it.

BIG BIG JOKE

Then you full in an online complaint form and the sytem, tells you your complaint, with absolutely no bad language whatsioever in it, is unacceptable

I placed an order early this morning after about 3 hours and when I checked after I had pressed the payment confirmation:o I hadn't been given the buy one get 2 free discount, so I immediately emailed them asking for a refund of the money. I am very impressed with their customer service as I received a response around 10am saying that the refund had been credited to my card.
Shame about the website but full marks for customer service, which to me is a major factor in shopping with a company nowawadays (after price of course;)).

Went into Worle this morning, got 6 bottles of Miss sixty perfume £7 each so £14, 3 bottles of Mango adorably perfume £7.25, 3 gillete ladies razors £6.19 and 3 beverly hills formula toothpaste £1, so very pleased, not alot of stock but i did ok
Mum went to Midsomer Norton and got 2 tens machines and an anti snoring ring you wear on your little finger for £10
so not too bad for both of us

i cant acees the online store. so we went to the high street shop. got 2 dove conditioner and some nappy rash/excema cream got charged 87p!

Wasted 3 hrs online from 6am this morn to find i could not checkout then site went down. So off i trot to the local store - wot a joke - shelf full of tissues n their own brand organics creams n that was it - i asked to price check loads as they were on the list n matched the barcodes - right miserable old boot she was too. Came out with some tissues n that was it lol
All the razor blades where still full price - had one bottle of alberto balsom conditioner - 27p online - full price instore its mad !
