We're very sorry for the problems some of you have experienced in making purchases on the Lloydspharmacy.com website. This is due to the massive response to our summer sale and our IT team is currently working to sort out the problems.

For those of you who have not been able to make your purchases online, please continue to persevere while we rectify the issues. In case you haven’t, you can also take advantage of the promotion in one of our many stores.

    Thanks for your patience.

Still can't even get in to their website!
    Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:
  • I went to our local store (eastbourne), only had one shelf end or sale stuff but I managed to get the following.

3 x Carbon Monoxide monitor -£7.50 (and when I oped the box they come with 9v batteries too)
    3 x FLu pack - £0.99
    3 x Small Head & Shoulders - £0.50
3 x small brush - £0.25 (ideal for party bags)
    2 x lip gloss + 1 x nail polish - £1

The SA were having a moan about some head office instructions but were quite happy to put through everything as seperate transactions.

Just been to my local Lloyds, heard pharmacy staff laughing that Lloyds have it on their internal intranet that they are getting the most hits on the internet !

Do check expiry dates on stock, bought some cough meds 1 expires end of july 2011!

Managed to get x3 body fat monitors for just £3 (£1 each!), not bad.

  • A great big thank you to the lovely lady who served me this morning at Exmouth :T
There isnt much on the shelves but as soon as I walked in she told me exactly where everything was thats included in the 3for1, she was really friendly & chatty, & told me that they will be putting things out everyday & the sale will be on for the next 4 weeks :o
I didnt get much but what I did get I got 3 of so: Jungle formula insect repellent, Gillete shaving gel, antibacterial cleaning spray & some sanex deorderants, all for £9!!! absolutely brilliant, I love Lloyds sale & really really hope that they get the website sorted quickly.

Are there any other Devonians on here?? Has anyone ventured over to the Budleigh store? If so is it worth a journey over? or shall I just keep popping into Exmouth every time I pass ( could make it a daily journey!! hahaha )

Best of luck with you finds everyone.

  • So I went into my local shops, the first one had quite a bit, two end aisles and more stuff being put out.

The second shop only had one end aisle and some medicines up by the counter. I added some of these not realising that I had only 29 items therefore it made the till take higher items instead of how I thought it would have worked, I went back in and she said to bring the items back in if I wanted to. Worked out that because of the odd numbers was charged more but as I had taken the medicines out the shop there was nothing they could do. Doh wished I had counted how many items before paying. I ended up returning some items to bring the bill down but totally felt like a right inconvenience I kept saying sorry but one of the ladies didn't say anything! she went round the back and started talking to the pharmacy people, felt a little awkward, but never mind all done now!
