Waste of time in my local this morning. They had 2 tiny shelves with the prices be nothing like quoted. They had thr shampoo but priced as £1.19p. The baby jars which is what I really wanted were still 89p each nothing like the prices online.

We're very sorry for the problems some of you have experienced in making purchases on the Lloydspharmacy.com website. This is due to the massive response to our summer sale and our IT team is currently working to sort out the problems.

For those of you who have not been able to make your purchases online, please continue to persevere while we rectify the issues. In case you haven’t, you can also take advantage of the promotion in one of our many stores.

    Thanks for your patience.

Had all the stuff I wanted in my basket this morning but the website would not allow me to check out, now it's all out of stock!!!!
  • Yeah, Lloyds don't like you using characters on their website so they ask you to call so they can tell you they don't like your voice either.

I'm off to pitch this business model to Dragon's Den. Back in a bit.
:money:I'm not a friend of Martin's, I AM Martin. Just not THAT Martin. :money:

I have discovered the order i made last night and have the confirmation email for has disapeared off my orders history in my account. Don't want to panic anyone but i have emailed them asking where it's gone! It took me 5 hours to put that through and it was there this morning.
Im going to pop in local later see if they have anything else as getting fed up with site.
  • website is painfully slow and it's impossible to add items to the basket.
