Argh know that feeling! I went back in too, I had 29 items instead of 30 but despite how I worked it out, they told me the tills had taken the higher amount however, I had 3 of the same higher amounts so not sure what happened!

Place an order last week from them , they cancelled order and did not even send cancellation email. today tried to place another order which because of sale took me 3 hours only to find out my user account has been blocked and i couldn't pay for items. what a rubbish site. never again.

Hi when in store, ensure you put your shopping in piles of 3 of similar priced items and pay for each 3 seperately, the SA;s won't like it and will turn their noses up but insist , it is the only way you can ensure the discount comes off each time (as didn't for a few of my purchases today) and otherwise it doesn't take off like for like
eg if you buy 3 items £1 each and 3 items £3 each you will be charged £6 not £4 if you put the whole lot through together

well guys having slept through the online fiasco (doesn't sound as though i missed much) i shot off to my a few of my locals and got loads of bits mostly for my mother who will be pleased

nearly all the stores i went to and been to quite a few hadn't even put stock out as late as 11am,

one SA at crytal peaks in sheffield said all the B1G2F stuff was "accidentally" going throu at the B1G2F price all week and when HO realised rather than fix the tills they were told to remove the stock from the shop floor thats why it was all ebing put out late

i'm too cream crackered to post my finds but will do after a lie down

Thanks, I should have thought of this damn it, but I made sure all the £3 items went through together and then all the £1.79 went through too so thought it would be ok

The website is a nightmare so i decided to head to my local store which is a 5min drive away. There are two opposite eachother and the one is tiny and had rubbish items, but the big one had a few more things and they had perfume gift sets! I was soo excited.:j

I got 3 Victoria beckham gift sets, 4 David beckham gift sets, 3 sugurbabes gifts and 2 Britney spears gift sets. Came to a total of £88 for 12 sets! The SA was so lovely and when i asked for more sets she brought them all out and let me choose. I did clear the shelf of the sets and left one. I noticed they did change some of their stock so will keep checking when i drive past as i fancied getting the old spice set and would love to get the razor blades for OH.

I did go to another store but that was rubbish a tiny shelf even though they had massive banners promoting it!

They've not replied to my email so I still don't know if the order went through or not. Nothing in my orders. I can't believe that even now I can't put things in my basket.

Just been on their website and now they only have 3 pages of b1g2f. Looks like all the best stuff has gone now.
