I have over the years, accumulated many gadgets, apart from usual kettle, toaster, microwave .....
Slow cookers - large and medium. used all the time, summer and winter.
Kenwood Chef - has been brought out of hibernation now I'm an OSer and used fairly often.
George Foreman - bought because we have a !!!!!! grill, and although used, I wouldn't replace when it does go, or at least I'd buy one with removeable plates for cleaning.
Stick blender - used fairly often
Electric steamer - used fairly often and I'm on my 3rd one (1st one died of overuse, 2nd one dropped by Mr TM)
Juicer - used sporadically, either lots or not at all.
Breadmaker - used lots
Electric carving knife - free with BM. Still in its bag. Prefer 'real' knives
Leccy can opener - when you get used to it, you don't want to go back to a traditional one
In garage - leccy frying pan (gift) Kenwood chefette (bought pre- Chef)
What I want is a magic bulletCan't justify it though.

Ticklemouse - it'll save you money in the long run. I never buy fresh pasta sauce now!
1 tin tomatoes, fresh basil, clove garlic, couple cubes cheese, whiz in bullet then put the whole thing in microwave to heat, then serve!!!
Or, carton single cream, cubed cheese, whiz in blender, add diced/sliced ham, heat and serve!!
Or - broccoli and cheese soup. Put fresh broccolli in blender cup with little chicken stock. Heat in microwave until tender. Add more stock, cubed cheese, garlic clove, seasoning and a little cream to cup, whiz up then heat and serve.
Or - i make my own meringues, whip up some cream in one cup, and whiz up some frozen berries and a little icing sugar in the other cup and you have an instant dessert!! Meringues with berry coulis and whipped cream
I could go on all night about what I make in mine!! And it's so small that it stays on the kitchen bench and not in the back of the cupboardHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
