Thats how they do it on extreme couponing Bemyapple lol. I was wondering how people organise their coupons, I have different ones for different stores plus you have to think about expiry dates. Only been doing this properly for a couple of weeks myself but was going to get a small plastic expanding wallet thing from Tesco as it has dividers. Then I thought that might be going too far so they're still in a brown envelope instead!

I got the same thing from Tesco too but it didnt work for me. So now i have my coupon cut out, neatly organised in three section.
*supermarket (sub section Offer in particular supermarket and not on offer yet coupons but set out in date order)
*going out (dinner out and days out to places )
*organised coupon with the shopping list
All of which are in a cosmetic case from paperchase. Which was half price.

I love watching the extreme couponing lol..sad but true.. every penny counts and I think saving allow me to use my money on other things that is important to me. When I found this blog a light was turn on.

Thanks for the guys and girls who manage this blog or site.. I am truly thankful for your efforts... I try not to be a kiss !!! but I just like to say thank. :A

    Morning all...

Had a moment to myself yesterday and organised all my coupons and set out all the coupons for A, T and S... and printed out the shopping list matching my items to the coupons from My supermarket and marked down how much I am going to get off with the coupon and how much I will be paying at the end of the transaction.

Its only been 3 weeks since doing this coupon shopping and I am already getting so OCD about getting it organised LOL... oh my days...whats going to happen to me after 3 months lol. :rotfl:

    Morning All :hello:

hehe thats exactly what I did. I bought a small expanding file from T's (DL size I think) used the dividers to break down the store department and I have a little notebook in the front which also lists my coupons, by department.

I put the quantity of coupons what it's for how much the expiry and if it's store specific.

I might be OCD, but it keeps them organised and fit perfectly in my handbag.

CUPCAKE, sorry to hear of your trouble, I have have a few experiences like that. It's horrible to feel like a criminal when you have done nothing wrong. In general I always buy the correct product, although I must admit to getting a few 'wrong' Dove. Sorry :o

Last time I had was held up the lady behind me was lovely about it, as I was leaving I noticed she was buying Cushelle, I knew I had a MOC which was about to expire so I gave it her.

I think you kinda got to be slight OCD to want to do coupons lol.. cos I tried doing it with my best friend but she just like coming with me to the shops and picking off stuff that she wants but if I ask her to print them out herself she would just say I cant be asked to be that organised LOL... damn that woman...lol...At least we found light minded slight ocd friends on here LOL... j/k :p

Might get one today then, its only £1.20 but didnt want to buy it if it didnt work very well. Might have to wait till I do a DTD to justify it, not done one yet (did that a few years ago but not recently)

  • Morning all. Not posted for a while so hello all regulars and newbies. And :naughty: to the troll.

I am deff addicted to mocs, last night I actually dreamt that I got my hands on a new pc and happily printed out the Hugges box coupon and Innocent coupon! Very sad.

I can't remember who is doing the nappy cake, but if you use newborn sizes then the Huggies boxes from Asda are free with the moc, and get yourself signed up for every baby club going (then repeat for OH, cat, dog etc) as you get mocs thrown at you as a new mum!

Edit - just checked back through the posts and it's NicolacM. But I guess you'll know that it's you lol

    I completely agree.

I do most of my dad's shopping as he works full time, but he had a day off the other day and said he was going to have a look in T's for a few bits. I told him to come round before hand, so I could give him some MOC's did he no! "oh it doesn't matter, it's only a few quid " same when he shops online, I tell him every time, "let me know before you buy anything, I will be able to find a discount code, free delivery or get cashback for you" He never listens.

My mum is just as bad, I don't see her that often, (long story) but I saw her up town and was telling her about the free dove deo, "oh I prefer sure" IT'S FREE goddamit woman. But she was happy that I went in to superdrug with her and used my Student Discount on the shampoo that she uses which was already 1/2 price.

I don't know where I get my moneysaving genes from :rotfl:

BTW I got my folder with a DTD voucher too :D
