    Morning!

Had a nightmare in T's last night - SA called Mgr to check every coupon against every item after I gave them to her before scanning my shopping (SSM: Always & Venus; plus Dove and Dettol ones).
I had the right coupons for the right items, so went through eventually but the hassle of checking all the shopping took ages and caused a 'tutting' queue! I felt 'under scrutiny' yet I was doing nothing wrong!

Mgr explained some people have been getting the 'wrong' items (Dove flavours and Dettol refills mainly apparently) and in multiple quantities using COPIED COUPONS :eek::eek: so they are checking each and every one to make sure. He also said they are going to be closely monitoring coupon usage. :(

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can we all be sure to use the coupon for the right product and NOT make copies?

    Thank you! xx

Oh dear, not a good experience for you then. I don't think people realise what they cause when they try and buy the wrong item with the coupons they use. I was shopping with my mam the other day in Tesco and the larger Phili was on offer, but the coupon was for the 200g and I wouldn't even try and use that, cause it was the wrong size. I make sure I buy exactly what it says on the coupon when shopping, cause I just think in the long run, they will get worse for taking coupons if more and more people break the rules. Glad you managed to get your items in the end, but not nice when the tutting queue starts, I just try to ignore the tuts and try not to notice them.

    Morning all...

Had a moment to myself yesterday and organised all my coupons and set out all the coupons for A, T and S... and printed out the shopping list matching my items to the coupons from My supermarket and marked down how much I am going to get off with the coupon and how much I will be paying at the end of the transaction.

Its only been 3 weeks since doing this coupon shopping and I am already getting so OCD about getting it organised LOL... oh my days...whats going to happen to me after 3 months lol. :rotfl:

Thats how they do it on extreme couponing Bemyapple lol. I was wondering how people organise their coupons, I have different ones for different stores plus you have to think about expiry dates. Only been doing this properly for a couple of weeks myself but was going to get a small plastic expanding wallet thing from Tesco as it has dividers. Then I thought that might be going too far so they're still in a brown envelope instead!

Got a £7 apg the other day, also put my beaf through seperatly at t's as it was like er £10 for a joint, i got a rtd back for £4.50p, also a rtd for the dettol wipes and cleaner using the moc as didn't want to take it to A's because they would scrutinise it till there was no ink left on the paper. Got whole stack of rtd & apg as the price checker was down, loads points to put on. Every Little Helps! xx
