I shopped mainly on line this year and it must be play.com for excellent service and loudclothing.com for getting my son's chrissie pressie to him within 2 days of ordering.

Yahh Boo Sucks to HMV.com for crud service, saying things are in stock when they are not and also Backstreetmerchandise.com (Kerrang's t-shirt stockist) for appalling service, for saying something which was in stock on 9th december 2006 when I ordered will not now be in stock until the middle of January (but yet taking the money from my account for it !!)

    Happy New Year everybody :)

John Lewis for delivering a washing machine exactly when they said they would, only a week before Christmas. Also for delivering free of charge a coffee machine I bought that was out of stock in the store.
