Fisher Price
I had a broken toy that was bought for my daughter from Argos in July (worth £29.99)
Argos refused to do anything about it (no receipt as gift etc) and so I calle Fisher Price and they sent me a Baby Bouncer and a replacement toy for my daughter (worth over £60). They didn't want me to send back the broken toy and it all arrived within two days.
Absolutely wonderful customer service :T:T:T"One day I realised that when you are lying in your grave, it's no good saying, "I was too shy, too frightened."
Because by then you've blown your chances. That's it."0 -
Amazon.co.uk for just being so reliable!0

second amazon and also hotel chocolat - ordered some christmas presents off them back in november and one went out of code for December 15. They apologised, told me to keep them and immediately sent a replacement item.0

Firebox for sending a item again that had gone missing in the post. Was posted on Thursday 14th, they say wait for 5 days, didn't come on Thursday 21st so I rang up and they didn't even fob me off saying wait and see if it comes tomorrow, just placed another order straight away, put it on express (courier) delivery and I had it by 8.15am the next morning!0

ASDA for being nice and quiet last night at 6.00 pm, with everything I wanted on the shelves and nearly all the checkouts open so no queues.0

MSE Inc for letting us tell each other where the bargains were...0

Purpleplanet for sending out craft items ordered online late afternoon on 21st December, arriving on 23rd December. I hadn't expected items till after the festive break, so it was a great surprise to get the package so quickly. The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0 -
next for getting my sale items before xmas0

Hawkins Bazaar for getting Santa stocking fillers to me over night delivery, even though I placed the order in plenty of time, Santa elves messed up and put the wrong credit card details
When I phoned to give them the correct ones, they delivered my order the very next day!
Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.0
