I ordered the Little Britain stand up figures from the Grabbit board, and not only were they delivered super quickly but someone in their dispatch department had drawn a silly picture of a house with Santa's boots sticking out of the chimney on the outside of the (extremely large) package.
It caused much amusement to everyone who saw it standing in our hallway, especially when I told them it was my daughter's Christmas Card.0 -

Jessops/Snapfish - ordered free prints so wasn't expecting much but collected them and the nice guy in the shop advised me that they were in when I phoned and gave me directions to the shop to collect and photos were brilliant quality.
Also e-bay seller for getting goods overnight at first class despite my only paying for second class post and for a lovely note in the envelope wishing me a merry Xmas.
Vodafone - great guy in there managed to get me £10 worth of free accessories with my new phone (bought with Xmas money) and did the accessories as a 3 for 2 as their tills had not been updated to withdraw old offers (basically got 2 monthly offers instead of 1) - also gave me £10 free trade in without charger for phone and let me keep sim
Finally, Specsavers because not only did I get value for money but great customer service and glasses were ready within 2 days! Also, spent over an hour with my mother choosing frames and once I'd talked her into buying them they kept store open late 3 days before Xmas so that she could get measurements taken and pay deposit for them! Great Service and with a smile throughout!Mortgage Free since January 2018!0 -
