You beat me to it :rotfl:
All they'd have to do would be run it through a tea strainer0 -

I am not clear at to what else you think you are entitled to.
If you buy something you expect a certain standard and it wasn't I'm pretty sure most people would be put off finding snot like substance in anything.0 -

No one is necessarily disputing that, we just want to know what resolution you would consider reasonable given that you wouldn't be happy with a refund0 -

Probably not - but i would think to myself that it was more then likely to be apple pulp then snot.
In fact i think most people would. What more do you want then a refund?one of the famous 50 -

Do I contact my local store or head office? there is no number to call on the carton which you often find on products.0 -
how about contacting the "I found apple in my apple juice" Police?
On a more serious note, just go back to the store and let them deal with the supplier etc. or find a number for the brand - if there isn't one on the carton (which I find unlikely) then just google it and i'm sure you'll get a million results."We can all fly as high as the dreams we dare to live...........unless we are a chicken" ~ Anon.0 -

We did this when I bought a box of 24 weetabix which turned out to only have 12 biscuits in it... OH emailed them and they sent us a very nice letter apologising and some vouchers, enough to buy a box of 72and I'd say that was generous.
I'd just say take the juice back? Why isn't a refund enough?Mum of several with a twisted sense of humour and a laundry obsession:o

Is the compensation culture really turned so petty now. Is it just me who would throw a dodgy carton of apple juice in the bin and get on with my life?0
