Brought voucher on ebay, not received - is there anything I can do?

Guess ebay live help were bored with talking to you then.
If they had only just registered I'm sure they wouldn't have used an out of date contact number.
lol, i wasn't actually talking for most of the time. Just watching as they told me to wait.
In any event. I'll phone the number that ebay gave me again and see what they say this time.
But i noticed that the paypal payment went to a different name. I've looked his name up in the phone book and there is only one name mentioned in that area. So will give him a phone on the off chance as well.0 -
Yes! Those that BUY things from Ebay ought to know that the past participial is BOUGHT.
Incidentally, there seems to be a strong correlation between those who "brought" stuff "of" ebay, and being scammed.
OP, did you give the seller a call? Was the number a fake one?
her who is without sin....0 -

You mean like you did?
I was responding to message #11: "I totally didn't get the comment.. can someone explain the joke?"
My response obviously crossed with message #12, which also provided an explanation.0 -

I still think that making fun of people's spelling mistakes is definitely not what this board is about (not just you but in general).0 -
You've lost your money in all likelihood. Credit Cards only have joint responsibility under Section 75 for purchases where you load £100 or more on the card.
Actually Section 75 covers the full purchase of the item or service costing over £100 even if only £1 is paid via the credit card.
It doesn't apply however to combined purchaes (I will use me buy a snooker cue as an example): Total purchase £150 made up of a few different items, however as none of the iteam were over £100 individually section 75 is not relevant.0
