2007 comping challenge

Its got to be the person who won the luxury weekend to MonteCarlo whose won the most.0

I think the winner did not get this prize as the promoters disgracefully pulled out. There was a thread on Loquax about it.
Dave - I don't think we are really competive against each other. The forum is very much based on support and encouragement. I suspect there are others like me who enjoy the friendships on here just as much as the prizes. I know I have people here who will laugh with me or pick me up. No prize can replace that.0 -

Welcome and good luck0 -
Id like to join aswell. I have been doing a few comps for about 2 months but havent won anything as of yet so hopefully this challenge will bring me some luck.
I think starting now for 6 months internet costs is a better idea as it seems im unlucky:o
1 month = £18
6 months = 108
so my target is £108.
Please wish me luck as it seems i really need it:rotfl:Offical MSE Fantasy League Member:beer:0 -
Aww, good luck avfc4life! I'm sure you'll get a win soon, fingers crossed it's a good one.
Well I've retotalled with the help of hubby. I decided on £100 for the Microsoft Office. One thing I added though but probably shouldn't have is the Pontins break. It was actually a competition although it said only 6 winners (more like 600) but because the guy on the phone said I'd 'Won'. And that's another thing there was the cost of the phone call. I'll take that off then. And I didn't know whether to include my Europa-Park as I think that was just the first 150 so don't know if that counted either?I've been lucky, I'll be lucky again. ~ Bette Davis0 -

Well I posted this on 27th April when I hadn't won anything, and 2 months and 2 days later I've smashed my target. Today's PS2 has put me at almost £400.:j
I know I've been really really lucky, but it still proves there's hope for anyone even if they didn't start comping at the start of the year. I'm very grateful to everyone who posts the comps (and answers!)
Good luck to everyone else who's doing the challengeAl Mac Appreciation Society (AMAS) member # 6½
