Companies that ruin Christmas

HMV-for the second year running not delivering for xmas without any good reason despite ordering on 12th Dec. Didn't ruin it all due to all the lovely stuff I've had through this website.-but i will not oder from them ever ever again.

Although it's possible the tea leaves at Royal Mail have gotten their hands on it! :mad:

Another bad one for service - https://www.Backstreetmerch.com - they deal with Kerrang magazine t-shirts for various rock etc bands.

I ordered from them on 9th december 2006 for christmas delivery. 19th December I get an email from them saying out of stock and won't now be delivered until middle of January 2007. What was worse was that if I had have cancelled then, they had already "allocated" the money from my bank account and that wouldn't have been "re-allocated" for 5 working days - ie after christmas back into my bank account.

However, 2 brilliant sites.

Also hats off to the DVLA site. I thought I'd try getting my car tax from there this year (as once again I could not find my MOT certificate !!) - Absolutely brilliant, got my new tax disc within 2 days (ordered on 20th December - came on 22nd December).
