Be careful when filling in the application. There is a check box asking if you would pay for the EXTRA insurance that they charge per year. All credit cards have purchase protection already, so not many ppl would actually need the extra insurance which cost additional fee per year.

Um, yes, what I meant was I saw the box and did not tick it for the extra insurance. Glad what you're saying is that that won't affect the application, which I thought darkrev was saying.

If you go to "Enquiries" & follow the process as if you were submitting a missing cashback claim, you can tell if it's in the system cos it should offer you the date/time you visited the PO site via TCB.

If it still hasn't shown up in your activity list in a few days more, you could then go right through with the submission of it as missing.

    Hope that makes sense...

Thanks OP I applied last night and was accepted on line - 16 hours later and no cashback yet but fingers crossed as it does say approximately 37 hours and this will be a very welcome £50 if it works!

Hey, similar thing works on Quidco! I didn't know that. I went to help in Quidco to look it up, and my credit card order is in the system. It said it can take 3 days to track.
