Both the missus & I were accepted after reading the OP - but nothing tracking on Quidco yet - should I query or wait - we are new to Quidco! Thanks

The Quidco website is very specific that it will have to be claimed as a missing transaction within 45 days, unless it tracks naturally which will only be following an instant online acceptance, rather than a referred one.

You will need the card number to claim but natural tracking can take a few days.

Both myself and my husband accepted and still nothing tracked in Quidco, now 4 days but still waiting for actual card to appear- got acceptance letters actually after PIN numbers arrived so I guess cards on Monday and cashback claims done after that. I've had a few things not tracking recently or tracking incorrectly in Quidco, total pain as seem to be waiting over 6 months for some claims-yawn!

I had this but it still hasn't tracked "naturally" and I don't expect it will now on day 4.

Agree with you that if it doesn't track within 24 hours on most things, it won't track with Quidco.

There are a lot of us that have gone off Quidco because of their declining service levels in recent times, but with only one exception over a 5 year period they have always paid up eventually.

I use topcashback now when there is no difference in the offering.

I think I might have an account with them, I should check and see if they are less hassle than Quidco. The last few big cashbacks I've down haven't tracked at all and I am a bit bored of it now.....
