Using wallpaper to wrap parcels?

i too would be worried about the fact that wallpaper doesnt bend very easily - and easily rips - thick or not?
i have made my own strong waterproof postage bags from nice thick strong big bags or the funky blue green rubble sacks you can get from pound land - cut in 4 and seams taped with clear packing tape - can be a very tidy job too - each bag costs about 2-3 p - stong and waterproof and easily written on with permanent marker pen -i sit and make them up while im watching the soaps - a bit of a faff - but when you have lots of clothes to pack and you have a pile ready - its just a case of clothes in - tape over opening and done! :0)0
