oh dear oh dear oh dear

washing on line. Yesterday I had some out until 9pm as I had had towels out in the rain so they've been airing off on the maiden (which can be seen on google, in my bedroom window  - along with 3 neighbours gossiping in the road, presumably while watching the googlevan taking photos)

Talking of taking photos the boys in blue took one, of my car, going downhill *sigh* speed awareness course here I come (I hope)

We had the Ofsted team in so last weekend was spent getting ready. A week of early mornings took its toll - just about 2pm I felt dozy, went for a lie down with magazine...dropped off...woke up...felt bleurgh so went to lie on my bed, under the duvet. Was joined by a kitty who kept me company until about an hour ago...

    oh dear oh dear

on the plus side I have a clean car (DS's footy team's doing a charity car wash - air ambulance so Gill - that one was for you (airlifted to Selly Oak on New Year's Eve (day) 2003 when a twonk decided drive on the wrong side of the road - now back at work - despite being registered disabled/amputee). And a trimmed bush - blackcurrants pruned while I picked the last few so I have tidy bushes AND jam! Go me!

I made 9 pots of jam from my currants this year (it is my favourite jam) - not prunned yet but the jars are labelled and stashed.

DH has found and booked somewhere in wales for us to go for 5 nights at the end of summer. We had tight time constraints with boys exam results days and an annual cricket charity event so was very lucky:j

I can now book DS3 in for a few afternoons at the local tennis club which is cheap and he will love. Also need to sort out seeing the inlaws in between and a few days out and summer is all planned, can't wait!

Going to do HHI whilst DH remakes a bed . Toy sort on hold yet again as DS3 out all day tomorrow but I will be able to do DS2's clothes and various garden jobs.

Not been a bad day for flying today considering...my husband left me today :(. I'm absolutely devastated, I hope it's only temporary but I don't know. I managed to keep a brave face for my children and keep doing normal things for them, but it slipped towards bedtime, I feel so guilty.

Going to go tidy up and then drink a glass of wine to try and get through tonight.

I am sorry you are unhappy :( It gets better.. promise...

You don't need to keep a brave face for the children.. they need to know it is ok to be sad and angry and hurt..

    Sending big big big hugs....

Make sure finances are sorted ASAP.. you don't need money worries on top of everything else.

Big Hugs Rachel. Remember you have been unhappy for a while so hopefully whichever way this pans out you can find happiness in the future x

    Hugs for you too Pooh

Just got DH to remove a very large tic from a very fluffy, cross moggy. It's now swimming in gin (the tic not the cat).

Off out for the evening soon.

    See you all tomorrow x
