I've always had black ones and had no problems with them but then I brought some green ones with daisies on them but they hurt and i just can't break them in so shoved them in the bottom of the wardrobe

pigpen, I am in a very similar position at the moment. I am supposed to be on mat leave but trying to launch our business means i am still working a full day, just not having to travel to an office. to be fair, i have not been moaned at lately for not keeping the house in order but i have been told off for not keeping the fridge and cupboards stocked. (umm.. i am eight months preg and he is home as much as me?!) He also mistakes 'working from home' as being same as 'SAHM' which it really isn't. I am absoutely exhausted and still attempting to chip away at things only while doing wm2 today, the bloody wm decided to give me error code 20. (drainage block.) so i lumped three bags of laundry to the laundrette, spend a fortune doing it (but i did make the most of it and wash 26 of the 42 the nappies i had hannging around so one less job to do. - made dd1 carry those) and on returning home, got moaned at cos the kids had food and he didn't. (remind me again who it is that earns money and has the ability to go shops etc between him and kids????)
so perhaps on a smaller scale to you but the situation is more or less the same. I am sorry you are in so much pain and I really hope that the family buck up soon and give you the help you need and deserve. xxProud to be Member of BSC #92Hoping to get debt free again :wall::heart2: working hard to make my daughters proud :heart2:0 -

Evening all, not being very productive this week so far, but have had meetings/plays etc last night and tonight, but nothing tomorrow evening or Friday, and I'm now on days off so will be cracking on with the lists tomorrow. Friends FIL came earlier and took my old f/freezer away so now not in the garden - new one is being delivered in the morning - can't wait to get everything back into it's place as everywhere feels a mess, as we have a temp fridge and freezer in the dining room! Have also done a online grocery shop to be delivered on Friday afternoon to maximise the amount of time I have to get everything ship shape.:)
Take it easy

Uh oh, another late night trip is on the cards cause I can't find out what time the Costa opens in the morning (need wifi rather than just 3G to book these Olympic tickets, methinks...)
Lucky the door's fixed, eh
Day hasnt gone too badly...got Ds to dental hospital on time ..checks and x-rays done...back on 29th for first lot of treatment depending if OH can get day off...root canal treatment and possibly capped:eek::eek:
 how old is he? Is the NHS doing it?
I've got a tooth that's in pretty bad condition and I either need a root canal (at the meagre sum of £700 excl. sedation) or I can just get it yanked for £47. And, well, being MSE...

Hi Fritteredaway my DS is 15 and his tooth was chipped by a friend? at school throwing a bottle at him...the nerve appears to have died hence the treatment....he is terrified of needles which is why the dentist referred him to the hospital...they will give him gas and air to relax him first.
I have emptied and refilled DW.
Put clothes on airer
Put LOs to bed...LO asleep...BabyD has been put back 3 times now:(

Pigpen this is probably true, I know from experience. What you really need to do is go away for about two months! Then it will get really really really bad, and hopefully they will then realise how much you do and how important you are. And say you are not coming back til it's spotless!
I've done well today - I'm a showoff!!
