  • Thanks for the tip ;) if it's not done today I'll call again tomorrow - it IS the first time I've called about it today :p should probably have called about it on Monday but I wasn't worried about it then...

Results for me are now coming out tomorrow  cause I do a joint degree, the exam boards only spoke to each other this morning - anyone would think they were surprised that we'd done exams!
  • I take back everything bad I said about the flat - the shower is LUSH.

So - showered, shampooed, conditioned, cleansed, toned, moisturised. :D

Pretty much a HHC on myself ;)

JillD - big problems this time last year meant a stress triggered flare of what is probably arthritus. Supposed to swim or cycle (yawns), not run. Mostly manageable without medication as long as I don't do anything daft. Counter productive really as running helped with the stress, no running means more stress, stress triggers a flare up, then I get stressed because I can't exercise, blah, blah, blah.

Thinking of LadyL today, also lit a candle for Diva.

WM is on but heaps more to do. Children fed so I can get the DW on and the kitchen cleared again.

    Front room and hallway vacuumed..

Off to feed the brats and do the othe 2/3rds of the back room.. which I am digging out of the squalor as I go.. I don't care who does the middle room so long as it isn't me!

I found both yoga (iyengar) and tai chi good for stress. If you find the right teacher it can make a huge difference. Maybe when you're back from holiday you can see what's available locally?

uopachild....I think that's what I need to do.....go around the house and make a list of all the things that need doing in each room.

That will be done tomorrow as DD's concert is in the evening rather than after lunch......

Came home at 4 cooked and scoffed some food....going to let it settle for 5 and see if I can be @r$£d!!!!

    I am REALLY f***ed off...

Vacuumed the world.. after carrying the vacuum downstairs.. and having OH move so I could vacuum under his feet and laptop... and he said why didn't I ask him to bring the vacuum down.. erm I did .. this morning!!! I also said he could do the honours of vacuuming and I did that too!!!!!!!
Put dinner on.. OH got a pie because he doesn't like them :p

    Had a grouch..

Sent children to tidy pits.. for window quote tomorrow

2/3rd's through digging out the backroom... I need the rabbits out so I can flea spray the carpet.. the blighters appear to be having a party in there... :(

Why does noone ever help do any of this stuff? I have just been moaned at because I refuse to badger the boys to go to bed early.. when it means running up and down stairs 1000 times.. !!!!!!.. it isn't like I wanted this and chose to be unable to walk far!! I swear I am going to disembowel him in his sleep if he doesn't start helping!!! It just makes me feel all warm and fuzzy and loved and appreciated having to do everything myself..

Decorator not got back to me so I may well end up wallpapering week after next as well :(:(

I am so utterly utterly pee'd off at the moment.. not helped by DS2 being suspended from school tomorrow for swearing at a teacher.. just ARGH!!!!

    ........and breathe!!!

I know what you mean though. My family used to be the same but are slowly improving. OH does quite a bit now too, especially the last few months as I have been quite unwell.

Just need to get him to finish jobs and learn to cook.

But don't you dare start decorating!!!
