AJMoney I really hope you get good news. Thinking of you and family.

Uropachild. I hope your child settles. It's horrible thinking hey aren't having fun. Mine always went off happily. Guess they couldn't wait to get away from me! :o

Well I was woken at 8.30 by the binmen (They were late). Have so far made about 7 trips to he bathroom. Lost Count! OH has given me some rice cakes to nibble on and a cuppa as I am fast becoming dehydrated. He also handed me the remotes so I think that was a hint to stay in bed!

Off to London tomorrow so it better settle soon. :(

On the plus side I have used the time wisely and done the cleaning at the same time. :D Just have the bath and tiles to do, which I can do when I have a shower later.

    Need to go again.......

Uropachild - I feel for you. It is horrible leaving them like that, but i think you did the right thing by just going quickly. It just prolongs the agony otherwise, and they realise that they have control over you!! Give the nursery a ring, I am sure LO would be fine, and it will put your mind at rest. DD2 was at nursery 5 days a week, until I went on maternity leave with DS, but I kept her in 2 days a week while on leave, as it was good for her social skills (& my sanity, of course!) She was 3 at the time, and would have gone to pre-school if she hadn't been at nursery. It kept the place open aswell :D DS used to scream when i left him at times (went through phases) but he always shut up when we left :D

Right, suns out now :) I am off to Mt T's....

    Mornin' all.

    Happy Birthday TAG :bdaycake:

Aj sending you all the posi-vibes I can muster.

I'm feeling carp this morning; I'd forgotten just how much sitting on a 'puter chair hurts the base of my spine, even with a coccyx cushion, and Mr LW had us sat there for about 3 hours last night.:(
My knees hurt like bu88ery too; think I may have done something strange to them yesterday, but not sure what. :(
    And I have a headache.:(

Currently awaiting a visit from the WM engineer; the TD part has packed up, and I shall need it working come the cold/wet weather, as the bungalow just isn't big enough to have wet bedlinen all over the place. Of course, Mr LW is wfh today - there's no way on this earth I'd cope with an engineer's visit if I was here on my own.:(

Anyways, been looking through the lists, and tbh, there's quite a bit that really doesn't need doing, because we weren't here to make it dirty last week!;) So.... I think I'll post'n'delete, as is my usual method, and then see what I can cope with doing.:o

ajmoney -I hope everything turns out ok

off to the dentist now. i feel sick. Don't know this dentist, have only seen her for a check up. Hope she knows what she is doing.

have done the ironing, and changed the cat litter. Tried to make soup for our dinner but it isn't very nice so has gone in the bin.
Kitchen is a mess again, but I'll have to leave it as I need to park in the multi storey to get to the dentist, and I don't know how long that will take me going round and round.....feel sick...

Speak to the docs, they may just let mum come for a bit a couple of hours out might do her more good than laid wallowing in a depressing hospital bed.

That is one of options at the mo, we live 3 hours away but her and dad could come up for the ceremony, that is the important bit. The other idea is we go down very early Saturday morning with the chaplain and have a blessing with mum and dad and then come back up and get married. It all depends on the doctors. I need to know how unhooking her from drips and oxygen etc would affect her for a total of about 6 hours. One of OHs nieces is a nurse so can keep an eye on her too. Hope we can have one of these options just in case later on.

I hope to get more done today if I have time :o
I've already dropped DD2 to school and DD1 and my dad to his club / her work experience. Then I went to the Dr who has signed me off for another 2 weeks, which won't go down well at work eventhough I've already finished working for the summer :(
Just having a quick coffee before restarting, have to get as much done as possible as the boyfriend is coming down tomorrow :)
I'm really hoping the rain stays off today so that the DDs and I can get "frogging" in the garden

Reminds me of when I had to wear a brace at night (not sure if it was a retainer) as it was designed ti pull my lower jaw into alignment with the upper jaw. I hated it with a passion and after a previous check up I didn't wear it once. The dentist asked on the next visit if I had been wearing it 'yes' said I, he then measured the gap and said I was still making good progress = brace ditched FOREVER :rotfl::rotfl::o

DD2 has to wear it for the same reason but theres been no improvement at all!!
She was supposed to wear this one for a year (it'll be longer now) before she gets a fixed one. I can understand she hates it but it has to be done
