Pigpen i figured a step ladder would by much safer than me trying to balance on an ikea plastic stool, its a proper one as well with handles and everything at the side and proper rubber grips so i will be a foot maybe foot and a half off the ground max :)

Ive also got my pressure washer, and a new set of house phones as in the move one of the existing ones got damanged and only 1 works now. so ive got 3 new pretty phones to play with later :) and ive also got a new telly with built in dvd player for the bedroom :j

off to get my stepladders and get cleaning!

    Afternoon ladies - I'm in :)
    Thanks for the thread.

Manic flying to commence as soon as DH is home as estate agent is coming round to [STRIKE]crush our dreams[/STRIKE] value the house.

See we found a wreck, no kitchen, no bathroom, damp, all the plaster, celings need comign down. And there may be internal structural problems. *Did I mention the chaps died in there and it's grim - Ick!*
But we can afford it - and there's no way in hell we could if it was done.:eek::eek::eek: not even close!

So I could be project manager fly lady - and now I'm smile and possibly flash cleevage at the estate agent fly lady :rotfl::rotfl:

So need to make house tidy enough to get a good price.
    Wish me luck.
I'll post back later with what I've done :T

HUGS RACHEL, you were doing so well. I hope things settle down, it makes me so angry when husbands don't treat their wives with any respect. You could always take your frustration out on cleaning the loo ...with a certain person's toothbrush ;):D

Right I'm off for my next HHC...

:rotfl::rotfl:Wish I had thought of that when my ex was here! :D

I feel i have done a lot, but haven't crossed much off the list. I have shined my sink (with toothbrush round gunky taps - think it was on last weeks list :o), descaled kettle, decrumbed toaster, cleared 7 wiped surfaces, 1 load washing done, dried & folded, played with Little Miss Sunshine in garden, wiped down cupboards, hob and outside of oven.

Mum is on her way with SD - even though i am going to collect boys from hell soon (SD can't cope with rowdy noisy kids - or anyone!!) They will probably only stay 15 mins!!

Friends son turned up out of the blue to do the roof!!! :D He has painted it with bitumen, so hopefully no more leaks :)

ok wardrobe is clean! now to put everything away

this will hopefully take care of my floordrobe but i think im going to be at it for most of the afternoon and evening now putting everything away properly. so kitchen list is being neglected and will be done on bedroom day instead.
  • I'm in for the first time ever this week. I really need help and support getting on top of my housework. I will try to do level 1 at the very least each day this week.
Thanks, this is a great idea
