hmmmm total change of plan. the chests of drawers i want wont fit in our bedroom! so onto plan B, clearing out the bedroom and sorting out the built in wardrobe properly so i can then get some underbed storage boxes for :

    - shoes
    - bedding
    - towels
    - winter jumpers

im going to have a couple of HHC in our room sorting this out then im going to go pick up the pressure washer, skip mothercare as got a few months yet and come home and crack on with general house work.

Zumba for the wii just delivered but had a shower so will start that tomorrow.
Knock at the door....guys selling potatoes and fruit...said no and then felt guilty as these guys are trying to an earn a living!!! I need to be less guilty when saying no to people!!!
  • JETBAG you did loads!!

    During my HHC I:
    • Did ALL the washing-up (15mins worth) and a bit of drying-up
    • Emptied the oven and had a peer inside to see if it's as bad as I imagined. It is.
    • Folded a load of washing and put the drier away
    • Brought the vacuum cleaner downstairs (am contempating hoovering out the oven to get rid of the worst :o)
    • Did a bit more skirting-board scrubbing in the ensuite
Am up for another one at 11.30. Am going to keep going like this -hhc/half hr rest - for as long as I can then probably have a nap this afternoon before I have to make dinner. I reckon I can be quite productive like this :)

Urgh I hate my husband. I wish I wasn't serious, but I think I am, or at least teetering on the edge of things. I don't know who he is and I certainly don't like him. Part of me wishes he'd just disappear out of my life for good. That is a terrible thing to think, but it's the truth. Unfortunately, I am trying to work things out because we have kids. I have a lot of goodwill towards him but on days like today it's hard, because he treats me like I'm something he found stuck to his shoe. Even if we split up, which I think is probably what will happen, I'm going to have to live with him till September (for various important reasons), and then try and keep in contact with him because of the kids.

The long and short of it is we've had a 'disagreement' this morning and I've got nothing done, I am knackered now and don't want to do anything even remotely flying-related. Ah well. Going to chill out for half an hour and then get stuck in. No point letting him get to me to the extent the rest of my day is ruined.

RachelS take a deep breath, grab yourself a cuppa and chill doing something that relaxes you for half an hour. Ignore him, just smile nod and let whatever he says to annoy you go in one ear and out of the other whilst counting to 10 or 100 etc so you can be the bigger person and rise above whatever he does to pee you off!

Right change of plan for me yet again, mid way through cleaning out the wardrobe i discover chewing gum  on the very top shelf so i need to buy a step ladder before i can continue so bedroom abandoned for now and im off to BnQ in 5 mins to get stepladders as well as my pressure washer.
