Sold high value item - buyer no longer wants it...

The other day I sold a high value item (just over £200 plus £40 for a courier including insurance)
I gave all the dimensions, close up pics, part numbers etc in the description and mentioned what it would fit/be compatible with. And invited potential buyers to check first aswel.
He asked a hundred and one questions about it before buying it.
He then paid for it straight away so I booked a Courier for Monday.
He has just messaged me saying that he has checked and it wont fit. So doesnt want the itme any more.

What's the point in sending it. He'll simply cause more trouble and eBay always sides with the buyer. Count your losses now.One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0

If he agrees to a cancellation you'll get your fvf's back & may even be able to cancel the courier & get the money back, I don't know if they do refunds but there's a possibility.
Send it & it could take a while to get your money back if it's done through a dispute you lose your fvf's &paypal fees & get a neg, but before you refund tell him that you need to do a cancellation that he agrees to in order to refund him.
