Bouquets for Spoon for setting up the thread! Thank you!
Can you please put me down for 15 again this month?
We had a lovely day yesterday. Mum had a good birthday and we got out in the garden and had a good family day, with a lot of laughs and fun.
As a surprise, my sister and I have arranged for the musicians in her church to going to play one of Mum's favourite pieces of music for her before the service starts this morning. She doesnt know anything about it and sis and I also going along to celebrate with her.(She doesnt know anything about that either!) We will have coffee after so it will be a nice way to round off the birthday celebrations!
    Have a lovelyu day everyone!:)

    Hello,

I'd love to join again as got a couple of months where my budget is very tight so need to curb any extra spending,

I'm going to do this as NScD ie No Stupid Card Days. So any day I get my card out to make a payment is a Spending Doh!!

That means I can take out some money after payday for the things I have already budgeted for (my weekly fitness class, window cleaner and lawn mowed) and don't count direct debits. I will be counting anything else bought including petrol and groceries.

I'd like a target of 24 non spending days allowing 7 days for spending

    So in summary
    Target 27 Days
    So far 1 NSD

    Thank you Spoony! :j

Can I go for 15 again please? 2 down already... but have just realised I have 4 birthdays at the end of this week so probably need to say goodbye to today as an NSD.

And hayfever is making me very frustrated today. Even more tissues and tablets needed. Pah!

    Hi spoon

I joined last month but only got 3/10 for June. I'm disgusted with myself!

I'd like to try for 10 NSDs for July please, and hope I do a lot better, there's really no excuse!!

Thanks for all your hard work

    LC x
    Hi elspiepac
Now now...... "disgusted with myself" is not an expression we encourage on this challenge, you should be pleased with the 3 you grabbed last month, that's an achievement!! But at least you didn't use the "f" word, so that's something!!!
Welcome back, all signed up now and good luck!!:D
    Hi Spoon,

I've missed out on the last couple of NSD challenges due to my general slacking in the MSE area. I'm back on track now so can you put me down for 10 NSDs for July.

    I've already got 2 :j:j So 2/10 for me.
    Hi pp and welcome back
All signed up now and well done for the 2 you've already grabbed:j:j:j
