What problems are you getting?
The loading page just hangs and displays nothing. When I do get on it is running very slow, I tend to walk away from sites when this happens, give it a few days and then try again. I just needed to remove some items from my shop though as I am completely out of stock.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. The problem is due to your email account bouncing ebid's emails.
Have you added ebid's support email address to your white list or tried emailing them from a different email address? In case you don't have the address, it's support@ebid.net
Hi Captain,
I did get a reply from the support team this afternoon. They have passed
the issue over to the forum moderators. I was told the moderator
will reply to my query directly, but yet to receive anything from them
yet.
So I am getting the emails through so I dont think emails are bouncing.
So I guess I'll have to wait and see what they write to me.

I found this if it helps?

If you have been suspended from the forums it's a 3 day ban for a first offence so you'll be able to post again tomorrow.
If it's not just a forum suspension and you still can't sign in to your ebid account, what did the email say?0 -

I tend not to panic too much for these minor issues. At least I can access my account and remove the items I have sold out of and I don't really need to do much more so I can afford to wait for any problems with my internet set up and ebid to clear.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. We are still on AOHell but our problem is the government won't improve the high-speed broadband service to rural areas like ours until 2015 at the earliest (thanks to scrapping the broadband tax, of course), and to compound this, my computer has a chip in it which means that the signal from a wireless network is not received as clearly as some machines do (my techie friend pointed this out when I was having difficulty picking up a faint signal at a pub that she could connect to without a problem). Thus I tend to regard most internet/online game problems as being at my end, and be a bit more sanguine - possibly too much - about actual site glitches.
Ironically when I can afford a new machine I probably won't have the time to make proper use of it. Oh well, such is life."Well, it's election year, Bill, we'd rather people didn't exercise common sense..." - Jed Bartlet, The West Wing, season 4

I'm not a gin girl, but a Pimms never goes amiss (although that is gin based I understand)
I have to be patient sometimes as I have a short fuse and once threw a printer out of the window because it wouldn't print even with a new ink cartridge.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
