The advice would remain the same, though. Only admin can deal with specific account problems.

And you might want to post a link to this thread on there to see if there is anyone using ebid that might be able to help. Apparently they are a lot friendlier and more helpful than ebay so I'm sure one of them will be able to offer some suggestions

So how do I take this thread over to the other thread so the other ebid users can see?

PM me or Soo with your details - don't publicly post them on here - and I'll see what I can see.

If your listings are still up then it's surprising that in all other respects you seem to be blocked from the site. Listings sites tend to pull auctions if they suspend members.

It's a long shot but Soo or Captain Serenity might know whether there is a phone number where you can contact someone directly rather than having to wade through email support, which can be difficult on some sites.

However, ebid has been a problem for me in the past few days, I can barely get the main site to open, so there is a possibility it is a bit glitchy.

I'm confused as well, I think I've become invisible.

The problem is due to your email account bouncing ebid's emails.

Have you added ebid's support email address to your white list or tried emailing them from a different email address? In case you don't have the address, it's support@ebid.net

There haven't been any access problems reported on the forums and other than 5 minutes downtime on Thursday I haven't had any problems.

What problems are you getting?

I was able to log on to the site OK myself and browse for a bit too. Might be on Soo's end. I need a better network card, I keep being disconnected and my family don't find that with their computers on the same network, and there are a million and one ways the internet can glitch.
