    morning all!

had a nice lie-in this morning:) have had a quick swish through, hung a load of washing out and given the handrail on the stairs another coat of gloss. DS is at his GF's, DH is hard at work so its just me and the dogs:) - they are sunbathing in the garden at the moment. I've just had a late breakfast of muesli and the rest of the strawberries and blueberries.

Have some ironing to do later then we're off shopping, small food shop needed and DS wants to buy some pigeon corn.

Redruby - so sorry about your falling out with your Mum, I hope you can sort it out soon, I hate it when that happens to me. My Mum and I have fallen out a few times and I just tend to lie low then eventually she acts as if nothings happened and we carry on as usual:cool:

Hope everyone has a great weekend x

    Morning All

Another nice one here :o :j Two loads done and out, and breakast was a kiwi-fruit.

R-R Sorry to hear about the fall out, older folk can sometimes can daft ideas in their heads, and forget that teenage kids have little time for M&D let alone GP's. Depends on what your Mum is like as to the reaction, with mine I would have lost it it told she was daft, and that would have been it, as we were both quick to rise, and then forget. ((hugs))

J-G Yes, keep pushing, but I have heard many time people say I was checked x weeks/months/years ago and it was hiding behind x. As long as they are moving very quickly now is the best. On L-Cing which Yogurt is LC?

Lazy day today I think, many of our neighbours have gone home now, so very quiet on the street.

Lou - NPM - ((hugs)) hope you can post again soon

    Sistercas (((hugs)))

    morning all

didnt have a good day yesterday so going to try and get myself back into normal routine. plan on doing some housework today and then sitting in the garden. not going well so far mind. just walked into the door and taken the skin off my elbow :o i'm a walking disaster :o painkillers are making my head all fuzzy but thats all i can take. paracetamol dont touch me and i cant take ibuprofen yet.

so i am going to tackle the kitchen this morning. hubby has kept on top of it but not really cleaned it iykwim?

ds was sent home from nursery yesterday being sick and was sick in his bed and ours last night so two lots of bedding to wash. he's as right as rain this morning though. his godmother brought him a drs kit as he has been so good with everything that has been going on. so every two minutes i'm getting "mummys poorly" and he lifts my top up and gets his sethoscope :rotfl:

hubby is attacking the garden and has just gone off to b & q. no doubt i'll be asleep by lunchtime :o have a good day all

Donnygal I am having greek natural yoghurt, I don't know if its suitable for meat eaters but on the Rose Elliot its allowed, its 8g of carbs to 100g of yoghurt so not that low carb, but I am having about 30g of carbs a day and it fits in fine with that. I shouldn't be having the fruit on this phase, but its needs using up :o I usually have homeground almonds and linseeds with it, which is delicious.

Redruby - Hugs honey. Does sound like your mum is using you as a punchbag which whilst I am sure we've all done at one time or another BUT she's massively in the wrong here. I hope that she sees sense and apologises. She really doesn't realise what a lovely daughter she's got xxxx

Lou - OUCH to your poor elbow xx Baby steps, take one hour at a time lovey xxx

flutterby - My H has treated himself to an iPad2 (don't ask.....when was the last time I spent £500 on myself......) and quite frankly whilst it's nice it's just a glorified Ipod :o Can't advise on lap tops as I am philistine when it comes to technology :o

another pigeon has bit the dust here at Chez Bitsy. I chickened out of picking up the carcass that killer cat was <ahem> snacking on and made H pick it up :o:o

You will Lou but it's going to take time. Be gentle with yourself, I don't know if you've been sleeping at night but emotionally you must be so drained xxx
