Only ordered 1 set which arrived yesterday. Today I got another 1 from them plus the letter for the return of it. Looks pretty substantial to me.

Ahhh - good idea. Just checked out the envelope - can't see anything on it that would identify me to them - might just hang onto them for a while and see what happens - might end up with two freebies for the "price" of one :beer:

Well the cutlery and the pre paid envelope all arrived today, however, the cutlery is sub standard, and has a big chunk out of the fork, although the spoon looks ok, but I think I will be sending mine back. Wouldn't want to risk it in all honesty.

Received poopy cat cutlery in one envelope and another envelope asking for it to be returned as it has been found to be faulty!!!
They said that as compensation they will send poppy cat bath books!
Not quite the same, but still a freebie!!!

My cutlery seems quite sturdy, and likewise I was wondering how they were going to track their returns; might just hold onto them for a bit and see.:o

I'd guess they aren't tracking returns as the "replacement" bath book arrived today (the cutlery and recall letter only came yesterday) so my lassie can keep her new spoon as well

i recieved these for my daughter then a week later got a letter saying there was a fault with them and send them back i will recieve a free bath book for inconvience waiting to recieve so please be careful with them if you have got them i recommend not to use they didnt say what was the fault :mad:

I got the bath book today in replacement of the cutlery, and I haven't even sent it back yet....

My cutlery is faulty and you can clearly see there is a problem with it, so I will send it back. I wouldn't want anything horrible to happen.

Bath book looks fab.... worth £3.99 Hurrah
