I got my cutlery and it looks like there's nothing wrong with it. Then I got a letter yesterday saying they could be faulty and to return them, and this morning got the book as a replacement. I hadn't even got round to putting the cutlery in the envelope!!
Don't think I'll bother now, I'll just keep both freebies :j

Just went to the site, and poppy cat popped up and told me that the offer has now closed.

Got them, they snap very easily - best just to keep the book.

Had an email from tham saying that due to popularity of the offer all cutlery sets now gone & I won't be getting one! Sent them an indignant reply telling them that it is well known that the cutlery sets had to be withdrawn on safety grounds so please don't insult my intelligence & that the offer did not indicate it was limited to a set number of applicants so was mis-leading. Sorry to get on my soap box , but the general mismanagment of the offer has really wound me up!!!!

Don't blame you Lillibet, I was tempted too because it said on the book (yep I actually bought the book!!) that it was limited to first come first served and I applied the day that the book came out and got the same email as you but people have got the freebie on here that applied long afterwards so it definatly wasn't first come first served!!
I don't like Poppy Cat as much now!!

Maybe it was because not just Poppy Cat readers applied, there was also 100,000 MSE's stampeding there aswell!
