I applied on the day the book came out too and I haven't even had am email to say that I wont be getting the cutlery let alone anything in the post :-(0

I was told too, that due to their popularity they'd all gone! Cheek! I was told in the e-mail that they had something else for me: a door hanger (!) and all I had to do was go to their site and print it out. Oooh, how exciting - not.
I wouldn't have minded the book though, for my little niece.Money, money, money, must be funny, in the rich man's World!0 -
I only got the email yesterday, Purplegirl so maybe yours is on its way. You'd think if they were going to do a freebie thing then at least they'd be able to organise it properly.Aug GC £300 / £8.890

Littlewren, did you go and look at the door hanger? Its on the site for anyone to download!! How kind of them.Aug GC £300 / £8.890

They were obviously emailing out to people yesterday because I got my email to say the cutlery was all gone then too. I did have the book and had applied immediately so I agree that this hasn't been handled very well!0

That's where they all are then!
I applied the day after World Book Day (about a month ago?). Got the cutlery 2 days later, letter about the cutlery being crap 2 days after that and a free PoppyCat book the day after that!
Fantastically managed I'd say. The only downside being the cutlery, but we all make mistakes.0 -
Back to the subject of the quality of the cutlery (for those of us that did receive it), I deliberately tried to snap the spoon yesterday just to see if it would, and it didn't - am very impressed!
(Sorry, didn't mean to rub it in for those who didn't get it)
