Free Childrens Cutlery (Now Poppy Cat Bath Book)

Well I complained that I didn't receive mine and got this Email today.

Dear Terry,

Thank you for your email. I'm so sorry that you have been disappointed by
the Poppy Cat offer, and that you did not receive anything. During
fulfilling the offer, we became aware that some of the cutlery was faulty,
and we decided that we must recall it due to safety reasons. Therefore we
stopped mailing out any more cutlery, which is possibly why you did not
receive yours.

I would like to send your grand-daughter out a free Poppy Cat book and some
other goodies as a small token of our goodwill. I hope you will accept this
by way of apology, and that you and your grand-daughter can continue to
enjoy Poppy Cat together in the future.
