Do I ask trick questions?

It's just mushrooms don't really have much of a flavour and tend just to soak in flavours from other stuff. Hence the question.

Was supposed to have onion & garlic in it but as i had neither........
You gently fry off the mushrooms so that enhances the flavour.

Anyone seen the "extreme moneysaving" article recently posted by MSE? They have repeated someone's post where they say that they pretend to have diabetes to be allowed to take their own drinks into places  I think the writer should have used better judgement in the quotes they put from the forums into their article. It would be really bad if lots of people copied that idea. That falls below the standard of judgement I expect on MSE.

A while now. I just never seem to feel refreshed. Currently I am on the verge of tears all the time and can't seem to be bothered to do anything. Classic signs of depression I feel, but don't want to go on anti depressants as I had such a bad time coming off them before (Sorry I know you are not a doctor, just felt I could say it in here!)

That does sound like depression to me Tenmah. You continually have a lot on your plate and that wears a person down over time. Can you do other things that can lift you a bit - spend some time on things you like doing and can refresh you. Reading a good book, gardening, walking on the beach - these are all things that work for me.

Thanks Butti - I will give those a go, maybe time out will give me a chance to gather my thoughts. No matter how upset I get at the situation, I know it is a thousand times worse for my daughter who is in continual pain and has no quality of life really.

The standard the MSE editorials/output have been poor for some time. They seem to be aiming for the "ooh ain't it awful" end of the market on one hand, to mere parroting of press releases on the other. The "Guest Comments" are hilarious for all the wrong reasons, and the standard of judgement doesn't get any better than this.

....yes, always good to be encouraging theft and deception rather than actual saving of money!
