Sorry but I need to get this off my chest.
Really annoyed with Thames Water who although they have accepted a payment plan cannot cope with getting the money early.
So I get a nagging "on script" phone call followed by a final demand letter. Yet technically I am ahead of the payment plan. :mad:
Now I have asked TW specifically not to phone me and hope for some sort of comment at least but preferably an apology.
