Not a happy bunny at the minute, my oh is away with army cadets in the middle of nowhere so has no phone signal - they went into the town and he had a load of voicemails saying his direct debits had all bounced, so he rang the bank and it turns our his card had been cloned and they had wiped out over a grand from his account, he hadn't had access to his account so didn't realise. F%$£&s:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
He should get it back but no idea how long that will take. Why can't these scummy people earn their own effing money? Makes me so angry :mad::mad::mad:

Totally agree, you try and work hard, scrimp and save every penny to pay things off and some scumbag comes along and just takes it, I had money taken out of my bank a few years ago think it took about 3 weeks to get it back )
I will edit this in a mo when im ready to put my pad on.

Just been reading through and think the PAD would help me shift a CC debt (not massive but not going down much either:o). How do you all go about it - by which I mean I know some people are shuffling money around within their bank accounts, and some seem to have 'pots' but then do you save it up and send it to CC company at usual time or add it on to what you would normally send. Are there any advantages in sending extra bits throughout the month iyswim or is it better being 'saved' and credited all at same time - sorry I have no idea if any of that made sense but am a bit confuddled:huh: Am going off to count spare change in jar to be PAD 1.
Morning
im no expert on this but by personal experience PADing definately works, I have all the people i want to pad too set up on online banking. They all accept small online payments ( they may not like getting them but thats tough) Every day i send an online payment to one or all the people i want to pay ,this could be just a £1 or could be more. I find it easier than saving a lump sum as im more like to send £ 1 a day then £30 for the month. It does help you would have to ask your cc company or someone better on here if they accept small payments as i dont have cc.
Hope this helps and as has been said before this is addictive and everyone is really friendly on here.
All that is asked is that your payment is bold large font so the counter upper can see it clearly.:D:DMAKE £2022 in 2022 no 29 £2022/£434.10

I have now bought a car though so back in debt, but PADding to clear the loan - I took it out over 4.5 years as that was the minimum term the bank would give me, but I'm aiming to clear it in two years.
