I have a lilac point (she's in my avatar) and a chocolate point. My other cat is a foreign white, so basically a Siamese in a white coat. :D

They're very friendly and loving cats and mostly great fun. My youngest cat (the chocolate point) is the only one I've had from a kitten and he'll be four next year. He loves playing fetch with a foam ball which is quite funny. They are so chatty and really enjoy when we have visitors. :rotfl:

Apricot point and blue point brothers sound lovely. :D

Your cats sound fab - you are lucky to have three! I keep trying to persuade the other half that we 'need' another ;) but wisely, he's not having it! I have always wanted a lilac point, I think they are gorgeous. One of ours plays fetch too, it's so cute. I was lucky to have both ours from 14 weeks, they are such a great breed!

I havent been on this thread in a while - life got in the way :o and I have consolidated more debts onto my CC so its even bigger than it was before, though my debt total is now lower, as is my interest payments.

So I am back with a £1 payment to Virgin CC.
Pay off all my debts before Christmas 2015 #165.

  • I've been absent for ages but reading from the wings.
I will be posting a super duper PAD on New Year's Eve once I've added it all up.
My debt hasn't gone down much at all this year though. Instead I've been tooling up to increase my workload - and even bought a bit of work - on credit.
60 foot carbon poles don't come cheap especially when they've been made with both lightness AND strength in mind. This year has been the year when I've stepped back a bit to try to see a slightly bigger picture rather than worrying about paying an extra pound or two here and there. I realised that I had been getting bogged down in detail when I would have been better off pushing up my income by borrowing money to buy better tools. I'm only in the first quarter of my accounting year but seeing a turnover and profit increase of over 20% on last year.
It's a tricky choice at the moment. I want to pay down my debts faster. However, I will probably need to buy another van in 2 - 3 years - and I think it will be very hard to borrow the money for it. It might be better to try to pay a little to my debts and to try saving for the next van - because without a van, I earn nothing.

Hi Paul! It's good to 'see' you again. I am particularly pleased to read that your super duper PaD will be coming on my December watch! It will be great to end the year with a good 'un. I'm pleased business is going well at such a difficult time. Unfortunately it is true what they say - you have to speculate to accumulate. It will be a pain saving for the van, but at least you have thought about it in time to make a plan. I wish you luck.

Shall look forward to seeing you on New Year's Eve ;) Take care :)
One step at a time ;)

Checking back, the last PAD I posted was on 4th July LOL. Didn't realise it had bee so long.

I will start adding up in a minute and might post sooner than 31/12 ;)
  • A PAD of £1.96 for me please
    NSD Challenge January 2/15

PAD Member since 18/7/11 - Total paid to date £8885.19
  • £5,908.43

That's the amount I've paid out on debts since 4th July.
So stick that on the total please :) .
Over £1k a month just on debt. No wonder life is a struggle at time.
    Mortgage is extra of course.
On Jan 1st I will do another SOA as my old one is horribly outdated now. First though, I want a reasonable Xmas with loads of football matches :) .
