    Evening everyone :)

Just done a big shop at Mr T's so feeling a bit more happy about the food situation - we were running out!

PIC - nice to see you posting :) happy birthday for yesterday, sorry to hear about your phone though!
seriouslyfrugal - it's also been nice here today, cloudy but no rain which is a nice bonus :) can't believe what the weather has been like in August though, it's pants!
teapot - can't help re: the sewing machine but hope you get it fixed :)

Have a good evening everyone :hello:

I don't believe in the concept of hell, but if I did I would think of it as filled with people who were cruel to animals.

Lola - I've not made it in the SC but I would presume you brown the mince and then chuck everything in and leave on low for however many hours :) yum!

That's pretty much what I do with chilli in the slow cooker, and bolognaise is chilli with less spice really ;)
  • Lola, I've done it with chunks of meat and also with quorn mince which is cheap! I don't bother browning it, I just bung it all in and leave it on low. I can put it on low in the morning and it is done at tea time.
