Is the Elemis bust cream any good? These things are always so expensive and half of them do nothing but smell nice...

It's fabulous. Wish I could afford to buy the full size but it's £45.00 a time. When I bought the serum someone at work commented that I didn't need anything for my neck/chest. I didn't say anything but I had been using the Elemis one and this is the reason why it didn't look like it needed anything else applying to it!
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Hi Ladies, I was wondering if I could join the challenge please. I don't have a huge amount of stuff (I think) but it is taking my ages to get through it and need a bit of help.

    I'll post my list asap.

Have another splutter - Expert eye cream, have cut off the end.
    :p
Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.

Thats really crap Mingle - hope they get the ba**ards that did it.

Just had to say, bought mum a hemp foot cream in that body shop thing the other day, and its amazing !! Not sure I could stand the smell if i had the handcream, but on feet is fine !!!

Its probably the best handcream I've ever had (yet another present!). You get over the smell when you see the results ;)

    I'm back :T

Hugs, congratulations and sympathetic :mad::mad: for those who need them

    Happy Belated Birthday Hanval

Had a lovely few days but I am totally exhausted now - the trip up was horrendous  and I must have looked like death as my Aunt insisted on paying for a train ticket for me to come home - far too expensive (to me) and I tried to convince her not to but she was having none of it - I was very grateful (and felt very guilty)

No UU's - as I don't count my travel toiletries in my stash - but I have some IN's:

S&G Make Yourself Youthful Serum - I'm out of serum so thought I would try this one.
S&G The Fab Pore 15 Minute Facial Peel - I fancied trying it.
S&G Dr Spot - mainly for OH as he is having a bit of a breakout but I will get some use out of it too - free on the 3for2 offer.
Sanctuary Spa Radiance Exfoliator - I used a skinny for this and as I had a £5 off wys £20 it only cost me 20p really :T

S&G Glad Hair Day Shampoo - this was a swapsie from the FB group which arrived while I was away - unfortunately the postie did his usual 'try to shove it through a too small gap and wiggle it around' and managed to pop the cap on it  and then Big Dog attacked it and ripped a hole in it . I asked OH to rescue what he could and decant it into another pot - but he didn't :mad: By the time I got back and did it myself there was barely 50mls left  Still - there's enough there for me to try it - which is the point of the FB group I guess :p

I also just realised that the BS voucher that I won expires tomorrow so I have booked to do that tomorrow and will probably end up buying the Telegraph while I'm in town :o :rotfl:

Hope you all are well :A

    Welcome back Sarah *hugs*

Welcome to the thread AvaBelle :)

I've sinned [STRIKE]again[/STRIKE]. I wanted to buy my triphala from feelunique, and as I never got round to buying the Tigi Brunette Goddess shampoo & conditioner when it was on BrandAlley, I bought a tween 750ml set of Tigi Catwalk Sleek Mystique too. I admittedly only have the shampoo and conditioner I'm using at the moment, and none in stash (yay!), so it's kind of needed. Or will be in a month. I gave in to the £3 off wys £30 which is why I ordered them today :o (Plus I'm going to add them to my already excessive July INs ;)

    Almost forgot an IN
Boots trial foundation (they love me at the moment!! :o) Seems to be the perfect colour for me..

I also suspect I'm going to buy the Gucci Flora handbag spray set tonight. I've wanted it since Christmas, but refused to pay £52 for it!!:eek:

Driving to Birmingham tonight for two nights, and going to Alton Towers tomorrow with family :D If I don't get a chance to post over the weekend, I hope everyone has a lovely weekend :)
    xx

RE The Car: I only have tpf&t at the moment but i'm due a renewal soon and it was actually cheaper for me to go comprehensive! I've moved to a really deprived area of Salford- the school where I taught at and that is coincidentally around the corner has something like 72% of students claiming free school meals :o! i'm just guessing that being the school holidays and having nothing to do around here that doesn't cost a lot of money kids got bored. It's no excuse really but it contrasts so much with my childhood where in the summer holidays we had day trips, visited family, went to the library etc. I'm just about to get the windscreen fixed (I've put it in secure parking for a short time) so hopefully when it's all done and the paint is off I can forget about it all :):) Thanks for all the kind words :)

    A UU:
Avon Botanics honey and lemon shower gel- WBA as it was so nice and very MSE- it lasted forever! I'm now on to Avon Magnolia and Jasmine and have swapped to TBS Wild Cherry Body Butter teehee!

Hon, you are right it is no excuse, I can't afford to be going to theme parks with my kids for the next six weeks but we fill our time doing all sorts of different low cost things. My 7 year old DD went on a school trip a couple of weeks ago to the seaside, there are 21 children in her class and 7 of them had never been to the seaside. Nobody could believe it, it's only just over an hour to Blackpool from here and 2 hours to Scarborough with regular bus services. The teachers were really emotional when they got there and the kids were so excited on the beach.

Having said that we have been to harrogate today and had afternoon tea in Betty's, this is lovely treat that we haven't done since the last 6 weeks holidays.

Back OT, have uu my mini BS moringa shower gel this morning, have a full size one in the stash, it's smells great.
