Hi all!
Hope everyone's well - just caught up on this thread, so while I can't remember everything I wanted to reply to, hi to all newbies, hugs to everyone who wants one, and specifically;
Sarah*a - that's great news about little dog!:j
Charlie - I hope you get your job stuff sorted soon, it's horrible living in limbo like that and not really knowing what'll happen.
Sorry I've not checked in so far this month (after me promising not to go awol again like last month!!) - I had a job interview last week which required a heck of a lot of cramming. Haven't heard back yet but I'm pretty sure I've not got it - it wasn't a bad interview but wasn't great, and it's such a competitive area! Have seen another job that I prefer advertised anyway, so have got my application in for that - fingers crossed as my current job (lucky as I am to have it) is so dull and unchallenging that it's driving me a little insane!!
So, toiletry wise - had a big stock take in my bathroom last night, and I don't think the overall count of bottles and pots and tubes has gone down at all!!:mad: Have updated my list on the laptop so when I get in tonight I'll look properly, do a count and maybe post it up!
I have a few UU to report:T;
John Frieda Lustrous Touch conditioner - Would buy again, left me hair lovely and soft to touch - however I'm not sure they still make this one - I use others of JF though so I'm sure there's on similar.
JF brunette conditioner (travel sized) - as above although possibly not quite as lovely!
Molton Brown Shower gel minis - Toko Yuzu and Seaweed or Seamoss something- I had a collections of lots of these minatures - they're ok but WNBA as I couldn't spend that much money on a shower gel! nice enough but nothing special.
Loreal Million lashes mascara and Loreal Extra Volume collagene mascara - both had to be thrown as they had reached the end of life clumpy flakey dry stage. Would Definitely Buy Again - the Million lashes is my current HG - however I have loads of others I need to make myself use up!
I am going to have a bit of a pamper to try to get through some more unwanted stuff tonight - I have a ridiculous amount of face creams I don't rate so think I will use a couple as body lotions to get rid. I also have put a box of stuff aside as possibles to ebay, so will list them tonight too - whatever I'm happy to go and doesn't sell, and isn't really suitable as a present and I know I won't use will go in my growing box to donate to Give and Makeup.
Also - Have given up on my Philosophy Purity cleanser - it brought me out in large spots along my jawline that didn't seem to want to budge. I gave it 3 weeks of continuous use, so have now moved on and opened up the Elemis cleanser and toner set. Have only been using it since Sunday but am mightily impressed so far - fingers crossed!:D

Hey everyone.:wave:
One UU today:
Charles Worthington Takeaways Frizz Smoothing Conditioner - WIBA? - I don't think so. I only used it up because OH has really frizzy hair and I was hoping it would tame it a bit. It didn't really do anything to his hair (and it didn't really do anything to my hair when I used it). I only bought it last year because we were going on holiday and I wanted a few mini toiletries to take away.2019 Wins

A couple of outs today, I have chucked the following:
Wilko's skin therapy chin and nose pore cleansing strips, these are rubbish so have thrown the last two away, they dry out really quickly and go crinkly, when you peel them off all the glue is left on your skin. Have a couple of SD's tea tree ones left and these are great, so no need to re-buy just yet.
SD Natural high eye cream, this has been open ages and i have an avon eye cream on the go so have thrown this out too. The general rule as far as i understand it is to use a blob of eye cream the size of a grain of rice for each eye. If this is right one 15ml tube will last 12 months or more, they should really be half the size and half the price.
Have quite a few other things which should be finished this month so it should be another good month for uu's but also am having a very good month for in's:oThe devil makes works for idle hands0 -

This might not be good if you have very oily or limp hair, it might make it look really flat, but since I had my hair coloured it has been so dry that this was just what I needed. I've got the 200ml tub and used it at least 4 times and there is still tons left, so I think it is worth the price (I'm sure I got mine with one of the last 50% off codes). Anyway let me know how you get on with it.
BTW how did you get 50% off this time, I thought that was only on sale items? Guttedlol

However, I did this the first couple of times and I felt it did nothing for my hair other than make it smell nice (albeit very very nice). Then I watched a youtube video about another hair treatment and the girl said she left hers on all night, so I thought I'd give that a try. I washed and conditioned my hair as normal in the evening then put the hair butter on (a little more than the recommend, from about the top of ears down to the ends), tied it up in a bun and left it all night. It wasnt washed out till I was in the shower the next morning. Once my hair dried it was soooooo soft and even though I used a different shampoo and conditioner, I could still smell the hair butter for at least the next two days.

Thank you so much! I felt like a complete fool this morning looking at the tub and asking myself what on earth did I order Hair Butter for...wait what on earth is Hair Butter? lol
Yes there is another code for 50% off non sale. I think it is only valid till tomorrow though Hello50 that plus the buy 3 get 2 free on skincare. I think I've managed to order over £100 worth of stuff for around £27!0
