Right - here are the T&Cs. It means you can use 3 coupons at a time, any 3 will do, not (as we assumed) £50 spend + Coke + Tuna.

• Spend over £50 or more on your Grocery shop and receive a 5p off per litre fuel coupon.
• Buy a tin of Princes Tuna (Only 1 product per customer) and receive a 5p off per litre fuel coupon.
• Buy a 30 pack Coca Cola (Only 1 product per customer) and receive a 5p off per litre fuel coupon.
• Up to 3 coupons can be used each time you fill up. Save up to 15p off your fuel.

Terms and conditions

1. One till slip Petrol Coupon issued per single qualifying store transaction of £50 or more.
2. The qualifying spend excludes purchases from Tesco Direct, Cafe, Petrol Filling Station, Lottery and Tobacco Kiosk, Gift Vouchers, Postage Stamps, Glass Hire, Nutricentre, purchases of prescription medicines, infant formulae and fireworks.
3. The offer includes purchases from the Tesco.com Grocery website but excludes purchases from all other Tesco Group online services.
4. Discount available on one individual purchase of Petrol, Diesel or LPG for one vehicle, per coupon. Mixed grade transactions are excluded.
5. Till slip Petrol Coupon entitles 5p per litre off each full litre to the maximum amount of 100 litres per single transaction.
6. Till slip Petrol Coupon is only issued in participating Tesco stores.
7. Till slip Petrol Coupon is only redeemable in participating Tesco Petrol Filling Stations.
8. Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with any other Tesco Petrol promotion.
9. Excludes Express, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man and Calais Stores.
10. Till slip Petrol Coupon is not valid for Pay at Pump transactions.
11. Tesco reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
12. Coupon validity date is printed on the coupon.
13. This coupon is and shall remain the property of Tesco Stores Ltd.
14. Coupons must be presented during the fuel transaction. Coupons cannot be redeemed once the transaction has closed.
15. Coupons can only be used once and must be surrendered after first use.

I have got 3 x 5p off coupons (all from £50 spend) so might give this a whirl, problem is I tanked up this morning

Hmmm just had a thought here. No doubt Tesco will probably be keeping the price of the Coke and Tuna higher than most of the other supermarket to reap some of the revenue back, so, what not run your receipt through their Pricechecker?. That way you can be sure you are buying it at the better prices if you had gone to another supermarket when they refund the difference??.

Just a thought, any good?
