The only problem is that fridge space is so restricted when you're having a party! Hope all goes well.Then safely in the fridge with extra ice packs just in case. Strict instructions to my sis in law to make sure that the cake when straight into a fridge when she collected it....Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

I'm just thankful it's going to be a lot cooler next weekend as need to make enough buttercream for 216 cupcakes and pipe them all! Definitely no fridge room for that lot! Hoping that the local pub will have some room! Reckon that'll be appx 6kg of butter icing!0

Been in Menorca for a week and sadly came back with food poisioning:( Had a cake to do for today but had to let them down:( Just caught up with the posts while I've been away uve all been very busy:)

Could anyone please tell me where i can get cake boxes from just little ones for say a slice of wedding cake they don't have to be fancy colours or shapes, looking for the cheapest i can get without them being super thin.0

Thanks nanamia. My confidence has really taken a knock with this one. Going to to a chocolate cake for my brother inlaw this weekend. Was thinking about covering it with chocolate fingers and maltesers as he loves chocolate! I've also got a graduation cake to do for the 23rd June and a giant cupcake with sugarpaste roses for the 30th June before the next 3 tier wedding cake in august which I feel sick at the thought of doing!
So sorry you ended up the food poisoning nanamia but hope you had a good holiday apart from that! x0
