A Warning about ZOOPLUS

I've been using Zooplus for ages and am overall very happy with them. Their packaging used to be dire - 20kg of cat food in a thin flimsy box which disintegrated by the time it reached me. The boxes used to be covered in DHL tape and one time it had completely disintegrated and was delivered in a plastic bag! Nowadays they use really thick double walled boxes, they put that plastic binding stuff round it and use insustrial staples to close the box.

They also have UK customer services nowadays too, based in Bedford I believe. My last order was a bulk buy of cat food but had a couple of cans missing. I sent them an email through their website at midday and got a reply less than 4 hours later apologising and arranging for the cost of the items to be refunded.

They might not be perfect but they have a brilliant range of foods, many not freely available in the UK and are very cheap with free delivery. I also click through an affiliate link each time I order which means Zooplus donate 5% of my order total to a cat rescue fund :T
