You should follow the advice already given. Tell the buyer to return the item for a full refund.
You cannot enforce anything in the way she returns. She can send it back cut up in small pieces if she likes, Paypal/Ebay will refund her if she can show she has sent it back to you via an online trackable means. Also, be aware that if you refuse the parcel, she will still get a refund.0

I posted it immediately after payment ,he then sent me a message saying he had changed his mind.
I had just posted it so said it was on its way now-he filed a complaint imediately after saying he hadnt recieved it with paypal.....It couldnt have gotten there in that time if I had got on an airoplane and take in myself- unfortuately due to the post ofice not issuing shipping numbers paypal went in his favour.
I lost quite a bit of money to him, I wouldnt have minded if he sent the item back whe it eventually got there but he didnt.
when i phoned paypal they actually agreed that it was open to fraud in this manner:(
Theres only one winner on Ebay i'm afraid - the buyer.
I posted an item in the morning and emailed they buyer to say its on its way. The SAME day- he reported it missing. I said it can't be missing - i've just posted it. He replied "we'll see". True enough - he put in a INR 4 days later.
If the scammers just waited and pretended to be genuine, it would not be as bad - but they are so greedy - they can't wait to get their greedy paws on your cash, and don't care if you know.
In this case a prompt offer of a refund on return was probably the best option - as it looks like she may have damaged it on purpose now, to help her 'not as described' claim.0

after 3 messages from her I sent this today- I have been riled into her madness now:(
 hi
Thank-you for your last three messages which i did find rather amusing.
If you take a look at the picture of my Jacket in the photo on the listing you can clearly see the jacket has the sleeve Label attached with no fraying or detachment. further zoom of the original pic shows the label is clearly attached firmly as is the Quality expected of Prada.
Unfortunately i do not feel this is acceptable as it has obviously been damaged by you in a fit of temper.
If you wish to get the Item cleaned & repaired at your expense then I would be willing to issue a partial refund. This is a goodwill gesture on my behalf as unless you took the jacket to Italy you can never have the jacket repaired to its original
 Beauty.
Thankyou for telling me you manage a company twice- I find that highly facinating and feel that without that Knowledge the world would have been so dull. I feel I can now share with you the fact that I work as a fashion blogger for one of the biggest retailers in the uk. wow!
I dont know why but she just cracks me up- If i do offer her a refund though how do i go about this as i would like item back first? can i offer a partial refund as above or not? I go looking around ebay help but it never seems to answer questions in detail.

On the dispute, there is an option to offer partial refund. Only make this offer AFTER it has been returned. Before then, select the first option which is called something like "Refund offered upon return of item". The ball is then in her court until she returns it. Recorded.
I know others would disagree at this, but if she returns unrecorded and it is in a state, I would be inclined to say it was never returned and withhold a refund. Maybe not moral, but in these circumstances I would consider doing it.0

I have sent a message with my adress saying when item is recieved back in good condition that i can then sort out suitable repayment.
hopefully she will send it back but i am doubtfull she will-she probably just wants the jacket and the money now
 .
thankfully so far the other people i have sold too have been very happy, including a pair of Prada trousers, no smoke or faulty labels!!!***MSE...My.Special.Escape***0

She wont get to keep the jacket & get her money back. At the end of the day if she doesn't return it at her cost, eBay will unfreeze the money held and award the dispute in your favour. Buyer has 10 days to return IIRC.0

Please don't encourage fraud on here. It's bad enough when buyers do it, we don't need sellers doing it as well.On the dispute, there is an option to offer partial refund.
