I've been with this site a while now and managed to get enough points for an Amazon voucher :j. I requested it on 24 Sept, but not sure how long it takes. Looking on the site it doesn't give much info out

They have probably got your email, from some registration or comments in other websites. An obvious spam! It's too easy to get someone's adress in these days, so just report this email if you do not want to recieve messages any more.
