Has anyone heard of power of opinions survey site - www.powerofopinions.co.uk?
I recieved an email from them today addressed to Dear Sir/Madam inviting me to join their panel. I don't recall attempting to join them, but they all sound the same and I sometimes forget what I have joined. I've checked out the website and it all looks above board with comprehesive FAQs, T&Cs and policy procedures.
Just wanting to know if anyone is a member of the site so I can get a few details etc and then decide whether to join or not
Thanks
Kelly

Ive had this too and also wondered if they were genuine or not and worth joining
at the bottom of the email it says Atomik research, but I havent been able to find out very much about either Power of Opinions or Atomik research other than they were founded in March of this year, so still fairly new. think I will do a bit more searching to see if I can find any more info before I decide what to do.0 -
I've been sent the same email and was wondering the same as everyone else if it is a genuine sitePenny Pinching Pauline0

THIS IS NOT A PERSONAL REFERENCE FOR THEM, make your own mind up and maybe wait for future feedback.
I have had a delve and the director is also a director of 4media ltd (4mediarelations). http://www.4mediarelations.co.uk/
same addresses for registered office and contact address of each company.
it looks like a genuine set up to me so I have signed up to see what happens. if anything happens (and if I remember) I will post updates0 -
I got it too, I signed up, on the basis that they didn't ask me for any information I'm not happy to give.
I'll report back too.0 -
I've joined, too. But was also curious where they got my email address from.Much of the social history of the Western world over the past three decades has involved replacing what worked with what sounded good. - Thomas Sowell, "Is Reality Optional?", 19930

I also have received this email, if you look at their web address (the one for if start survey doesn't work) it contains dublininterviewer which is the same as the Rewarded Opinions alternative address.0

Sorry, don't know about this company in particular, but I discovered this site which has user reviews of a lot of the survey sites available and you can read them without registering: http://www.surveypolice.com/
Unfortunately, I found it after signing up to all the sites I could find while I was on mat leave and found that most of them are a complete waste of time. Don't know if anyone's already posted the link on other threads, but thought it might be worth reposting, as I've found it to be a really useful resource.

Search MSE for more info about CUs and find ones that cover your area by searching online for 'find your credit union'.0 -
