Income support and says I have money held there @£67.50 a week.
So from yesterday you had £67.50 and today you have a low rate of IS of £28 for being a carer?

Firstly there is no such thing a low rate carer premium it's a flat rate of £31.00 per week.
update: they phoned me back today. The lady said they are paying my National insurance for my pension protection ?

and after going through all my details ,she told me that I should get a low rate of I.S £28 for being a carer , as a top up ?
The NI and pension protection is correct.
