I have it installed on my laptop and it works fine BUT it will not install an my grandads new PC,
He is running windows 7 (64 bit)
I have tried everything I can think of, I posted on this on the copupon thread and they suggested I post it here for you clever people to take a look.
It's driving me mad as I'm normally pretty good on a computer.

Is the installer on a website? (i.e. you click a link on the website and the installer runs?) Save it locally first before you run it
Then try right clicking in the installer and select "run as Administrator" see if you get the same error.Laters

It downloads to you PC.
I have tried running as administrator
I have tried turning off anti virus / firewall
I have uninstalled Norton completely and tried but still nothing
I just don't understand why it wont work on this computer when it works on the others.
The computer is brand new only 2 weeks old and hardly anything else has been installed.
I hate being defeated by a computer :j First mini munchkin due 05/04/2013 :j0 -
OK couple of questions?
Is it a *.MSI or *.EXE install program?
Does it give you an option of where to install? if it does. change the location from "c:/program files" to "C:/Program files (x64)" or the other way about.Laters

it's a .exe
It does not give the option of where to install
Thank you for you suggestions so far.:j First mini munchkin due 05/04/2013 :j0 -
I'm not sure if this is the same problem I had, but, as the solution is harmless, it's worth a try.
I couldn't install printer drivers a year or two back. An appdata file was involved, but I can't remember the details now, it was too long ago.
In the end I created a new administrator account and they installed perfectly from that.
I have no idea what was wrong or why it worked, but there is nothing to lose by trying it.0 -
i'm on windows 7, 64bit.
where are you getting the driver from, i'll give it a whirl and see what happens.0 -

Go here click the pizza coupon box and above it will then say print coupon.
It will then prompt you to install the coupon printer.
Thank you:j First mini munchkin due 05/04/2013 :j0 -

Thanks, just tried this but getting the same message.
Something somewhere is stopping it installing the folder, I just don't know what.:j First mini munchkin due 05/04/2013 :j0 -
it went straight through for me and installed.
Do you still have that 'are you really sure you want to do this.........' option, set up where Windows confirms that you really want to do something?

Tried changing these settings, computer still says no!
It downloads, it asks me to accept the T&C's starts to install then comes up with the can not create folder message.
I have noticed that it installed a folder in the start menu, but nothing else.
Which browser where you using?:j First mini munchkin due 05/04/2013 :j0
