Any hardware or software problem you have with an iDevice, just take it to an Apple shop, don't waste your time contacting your network or the shop you bought it from or anyone else!0 -
Why?? They are refusing to replace under my warranty ...
But it's random, sometimes it will drop and sometimes it won't. It did drop that time I tested that.. If I turn everything off and make it nearly lack all features then it'll last a little longer.0 -

Don't extended warranties start at year 2.
I'd ring Consumer Direct, being over 6 months old you'd have to prove the item is inherently defective. How you go about that is the difficulty??
Apple have a battery policy with their extended guarantee don't know if that extends to the normal guarantee??
It isn't good having to replace the battery yourself within the first year (if that turns out to be the case) - I'd be pretty peed off!!!!0
