Wlecome to MSE, lallupa...and Merry Christmas.
The last site that you list is a retailer, the other sites are affiliate sites that refer you to various retailers (including the one you mention). It's the retailers that you need to trust as it's the retailer that you purchase from, not the affiliate sites. The affiliate sites are effectively the mobile equivalent of Pricerunner, Dealtime or Kelkoo.
One of the sites that you have listed above has been masked out by the swear filter on this forum - this is probably because it is a "white label" affiliate of an already existing site i.e. it is just a carbon copy of the original - there are HUNDREDS of these white label sites around now and one person is responsible for creating the vast majority of them in order to blanket-bomb the internet with his presence...it's a bit like the advertising equivalent of spam. MSE had major problems with policing these forums a while back when it continually got spammed with these sites on an almost daily basis and therefore they took the decision to ban their mention in order to reduce the administrative burden on the long-suffering moderators who do a sterling job with little or no recognition.
To the best of my knowledge, relatively few people have documented problems with CoolNewMobile on this forum when compared with other retailers - simply do a search for the retailer in question, you will find a wealth of info about customer experiences on this forum. The following link is a good place to start:

On the subject of 12 months free deals, it is worth noting that E2Save & One Stop Phone Shop (both owned by Carphone Warehouse) have only just yesterday released a whole new set of such offers on Canary 30 (12 months). They don't compete much at this end of the value scale these days, the last major set of such offers from them being at the back end of September. While there are many complaints about them on these forums it's fair to say that they are probably among the most trusted cashback retailers on this site, as their cashback performance stats (available via the above link) will show.
For your convenience, I have put together an article on my site summarising their full set of 12 months free offerings - these are no doubt designed to drive pre christmas sales in the final few days prior to Christmas as their Christmas order cut off is tomorrow afternoon (2pm for E2Save and 3pm for One Stop Phone Shop).:
Anyway, here is the link to my article:

Please excuse the fact that the information is not simply replicated here - it took a long time to compile and I don't really have the time to rework it for the forum using the MSE forum tools. However, if any MSE member wishes to put the effort in, they have my full permission to cut and paste as necessary from the article for their needs.
Please also note that the links contained in the article will take you to a detailed information page for the relevant contract package on my site where you can find a choice of both affiliate and non-affiliate links (the non-affiliate link is in blue) - use of the affiliate link will not affect the price offered by the retailer but it will result in a payment to my site from the retailer which helps pay for the ongoing maintenance and development of the site.
If you wish to use a cashback site to make your purchase you are, of course, welcome to use the non-affiliate link which will not result in a payment to my site.
Merry Christmas one and all,

Don't forget that the final cut-off for Christmas delivery is TODAY at 2pm (E2Save) or 3pm (OSPS). I wouldn't be surprised if these offers are simply designed to drive sales right up until the Christmas cut-off point such that they are gone by the weekend so it's probably make your mind up time.
Merry Christmas one and all

E2Save and One Stop Phone Shop have decided to extend these offers until 9am on 27 December, no doubt in order to drive continued sales over the Christmas period.
Anyone thinking about taking the plunge should bear in mind that many of the handsets on offer are clearance handsets which, by their very nature, are in limited supply - In particular, I wouldn't be surprised if the LG Chocolate and V3i sell out sooner rather than later.
E2Save and OSPS don't compete much on 12 months free line rental offers these days (especially where high-end handsets are concerned). In particular, the last major offering of this type from either E2Save or OSPS was 3 months ago.
All orders placed from now until 27 December will be delivered on 28 December (subject to handset availability).
Merry Christmas,
