[/COLOR]By doing next to nothing I appear do have done most of the lists... AMAAAAZING!!!!!!!!!!! Does this mean I do more than I feel like I do or that the stuff doesn't need doing in the first place? It definitely means I boss the children about a lot :p......

All 6 cats now deflea'd.. I have dead fleas falling off them already.. fiprospot.. cheaper than frontline but the same ingredients suposedly.. but it works and frontline doesn't! It is also £7 cheaper for 6 than frontline!! [/SIZE]

    :T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T

Where do you get Fiprospot from? I need to get something for this lot as the dirty stopout is AWOL with his kitty mates again, and if it's cheaper, I'm definitely interested!
I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.

Mine always get Spot On when it's in Aldi for something like £1.50 :p

It doesn't touch mine.. in fact this is the first thing I have found in about 5 years that has worked!

Jojo - I'm with piggers, either traditional blue and White or the willow tree, which I used a few years ago in a tiny bathroom and loved it (it is also the only colour in the world to make an avocado suite look acceptable!). It gave a lovely cool outside-near-the-river-and-trees feeling. I still haven't chosen tiles for my bathroom... Mind you, the bathroom place haven't actually confirmed dates yet...

Velvet curtain has survived the wash and is now on the line. Next load of washing is in and ironing board is up. So will work on my presentation till 6am, take my pill, dress, do some ironing, hang out laundry, put next load on and then head off for a quick walk before breakfast. I then have massage, waxing and the dentist, all of them inconveniently located, so that takes care of the morning... Then work from 1.30 onwards.... Oh yes, must remember I have paperwork to review for my 2pm meeting.

I want to get the rest of this week's lists done so I can put the curtains up, plus mow the lawn and pack for holiday tomorrow. Could be a long day...

Morning all! OH is going away for the weekend, so it'll just be me and the babies. I am hoping to get a lot done.

    Friday

    Dailies

2 loads laundry washed, dried and put away, plus wash kids' bedding
keep downstairs clean and tidy, hoover and mop
    swish and swipe bathroom
    [STRIKE]
    plan food for tomorrow
    [/STRIKE]
work in garden and veg garden
    15 minutes filing
    45 minutes job hunting
    half hour important phone calls

    Specifics for today:
    [STRIKE]
Clear and vacuum floor in children's room
    [/STRIKE]
put away all toys in children's room
    [STRIKE]
    replace sheets in children's room
    [/STRIKE]
    check upstairs smoke alarm
    clean high chairs really thoroughly
spray oven last thing to clean tomorrow morning
pick up everything from the office floor
    plan finances for the week

I am going to add the possibility of doing some ironing in front of the telly tonight, but not worry about it too much if it doesn't happen...it would be a big step for me haha!

I totally agree (even if I don't see it myself...)

I remember dieting and say, if I normally ate 2500 cals, setting a target of 1600 cals - if I ate 2000 I didn't see it as good that I'd eaten less than normal, I saw it as a failure that I'd eaten more than planned. :o
Which led to me giving up dieting altogether which didn't work either ;)

I've been exactly the same for many years until recently. A very all-or-nothing person...and the level of anxiety the need to get it perfect caused me meant more often than not it was nothing! I've improved my self-esteem a lot lately, which is why I think I've finally been able to start tackling the house! To a lot of outsiders, upstairs would still look like a pigsty (and downstairs actually, because while reasonably clean, the kitchen units and wallpaper are hanging off). But being able to look at things in a positive light a little bit is very new for me.

A third post in a row from me! You know what I love about this board? Tasks like 'clear a box of clutter from the landing' and 'remove dead insects'. I think before coming here I genuinely believed most people, unlike me, didn't HAVE boxes of clutter on their landing or dead insects in their bedroom.

    Morning ladies,
I'm in the mood for a BIG flying session today, and the sun is shining.
    Off to make a start

Snap! Got up before 6 and have done an hours ironing, now a quick breather and I'll go wake everyone else up...

I'm writing a huge to do list, which I'll post later to keep me on track.

Kettle boiling so best go make the cuppas,

    Moam
Although no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.... life is a WIP.

Snowball says too far away, working hard to bring it forward.

I keep finding more things to wash, so I hope the weather holds! Coats sorted and either in a bag for the dry cleaner or queuing for the washing machine. If I keep this up I might get the rugs done too!

Front doormats hoovered and outside in the sunshine.

More slides done for presentation 2 of 6 due at the end of the month... I really need to improve my timeliness scores, so it's important to get as much as possible done before I go.

Going to try to get the hall cleared, hoovered and the floor washed before I head off to massage just before eight...
